Yin Yang yoga is a combination of soft and more active yoga poses in which the breathing is always central.
With Yin yoga, a feminine soft energy, the focus lays on keeping the poses longer so that we relax the deeper tissues in our body and the energy can flow again through our meridians. It provides more space and relaxation in our body. Blockages are lifted and sometimes certain emotions are involved. When you let go, there is space for healing.
With Yang yoga, a more masculine energy, the focus lays more on developing strength and endurance so that you create energy and warmth in your body.
After a Yin Yang yoga class you will feel balanced and completely relaxed.
